When should I put on a new employee?

The best time to put on a new employee is in anticipation of growth, not in response to it.

Don’t wait until the last minute.

Otherwise you’ll be under pressure to recruit, induct and train, while trying to keep your existing customers happy.

Put them on early when you can spend time with them. Train them properly.

Then back yourself to get the extra sales you need to cover their costs and make a margin.

This is the best time to talk to a Franchise Accountant, to help you work out the best way to do this.

Give me a call to discuss.

Peter
