Accountability

There is one word which many small business owners resist more than any other.

In fact, they will wriggle and squirm and do anything else they can to avoid it.

Accountability.

To be held accountable for their actions.

It’s one thing to have a plan.

To have a list of things to be done.

But it’s an entirely different thing to actually do the task.

Then be held accountable for it.

Did you do what you said you’d do?

If so, well done.

If not, why not?

It’s as simple as that.

And as blunt as that.

And that’s why people avoid it like the plague.

There’s simply nowhere to go.

And that’s why it’s so powerful.

A monthly meeting with your business accountant or business coach is one of the best ways to be held accountable.

And it’s also one of the best ways to produce meaningful results in your business.

Let me know if you need a hand

(Or if you want to be held accountable! :-))
