We love working with Pack & Send franchisees.

We’re delighted to be working with another new client from Pack & Send with the development of their business.

In my opinion, Pack and Send is an excellent franchise. They have a good brand and strong systems.

In addition to the accounting and tax service we typically provide, the key areas we'll be working on with this new Pack & Send franchisee will be developing and documenting their business goals. We will then create a plan together to achieve them.

• We will also review and analyse their financial results and go through the results together.

• As part of our work, we include our Business Plan workbook, which contain super practical guidance notes to help them define their goals. (This is an area where many people struggle).

Once this is done, we prepare a detailed 12 month Budget broken down month by month.
This includes:

• Sales, expenditure & financial short term goals,

• Creation of a Profit & Loss budget forecast for the period,

• Zoom meeting to discuss the budget,

• One round of edits to budget.

Once this is completed, we will send a copy of the Budget and Key Indicators. These form the foundation for our ongoing business review and improvement work together.

This is a significant step forward in the development of their business. We wish them well and look forward to working together with them.
