Birthdays.
We all have them. And whether we admit it or not, we like it when others remember them.
It makes us feel a bit special.
But what about our clients?
What do we do about their birthdays?
Mostly, we do nothing.
Sometimes we might send a text message.
Or write on their Facebook page.
